Not only is Bob Jones University playing an "evening recital" for the purpose of placating a dilettante amateur mandolin player.
Not only is Bob Jones University allowing these students to completely disregard the dress code that it requires of all its students.
But also Bob Jones University is using a venue owned by a sex offender, Jerry Sidell. Remember? You can read all about it here.
Jerry Sidell is the unrepentant preacher who is STILL on the staff of Brookwood Church that WutBJU reported on a year ago. He’s the unrepentant sex offender preacher on a pastoral staff who has the unmitigated gall to profit off a net nanny for churches.
BJU cancelled their show at this unrepentant sex offender preacher-business man’s venue a year ago.
But now? Now exactly a year later, they are back opening the Spring Season.
A year ago, BJU said they were sorry for how they handled Case 777 right before this. WutBJU recorded it here. But now weeks after the perp in Case 777–Jonathan Alan Weaver–pled guilty to two charges of sexual assault, BJU is back consorting and showcasing their own students.
And for what? It’s not like they have a Blue Grass major. It’s for no other reason but to please Pettit’s inflated ego.
Bob Jones University is NOT safe.
